Furbabies Policy's

We can only hold your furbaby for a certain amount of time after their groom is complete, if we have messaged and called you and there has been no reply, we will send out a message that your furbaby needs to be collected by a certain time otherwise a fee of $25 will be added onto your price, this is due to limited space as we only have space for a certain amount of dogs at one given time.

If you have made a booking and you do not attend this appointment, wether you have confirmed your appointment or not, a fee will be applied to your next appointment as that booking slot could of been filled. 

If you are calling on the day of your booking to cancel your appointment, a fee will be applied to your next booking, as it takes up spaces that we could have had booked in. we do understand things can happen and we do understand that and take that into consideration but if it is a continuous issue, fees will be applied.
